The Report of the Standing Committee on Environment and Sustainable Development came out on December 4, 2017. Here is a copy in pdf format. The Committee recommeded not to proceed with Bill C-323 which would have provided fiscal incentives to preserve heritage buildings. However it did provide recommendations regarding Heritage buildings.
